When you submit an evaluation request, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, organization, role, preferred contact method, phone number (if you choose to provide it), and the partnership context you share in the intake form.

If you are invited to a Valigne workspace, we also collect the content you and your collaborators create within that workspace, including relationship descriptions, analysis notes, documents, and related inputs.

We do not require highly sensitive, privileged, or confidential information at the intake stage. Please do not include it.

We use the information you submit to review your evaluation request, determine whether Valigne is a fit, and contact you about next steps.

For workspace users, we use your content to provide the Valigne service, generating analysis, recommendations, and draft documents using AI-assisted tools.

We do not sell your information.

Valigne uses AI and large language model providers to analyze partnership context and generate working materials. When you submit content to Valigne, it may be processed by these providers as part of providing the service.

AI-generated outputs are working materials prepared for professional review. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

We share your information with the infrastructure and AI providers that power Valigne, and only as necessary to provide the service.

We do not share your information with other Valigne customers. Workspace data is isolated per account.

A complete list of subprocessors and AI providers will be published here before general availability.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information and workspace content at any time by contacting us.

If you are located in a jurisdiction with data protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights regarding your personal data. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

We retain evaluation request data and workspace content for as long as needed to provide the service and respond to your requests. Specific retention periods will be published here before general availability.

You can request deletion of your data at any time. We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. For more detail, see our Security page.

We have not yet obtained formal security certifications. Our security practices are evolving as the product matures through beta.

Valigne is intended for business and professional use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

This policy may change as Valigne evolves through beta. We will update the date below when material changes are made. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
